MEMORANDUM FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF

	Having received and considered the recommendation of the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records and under the authority of Section 1552, Title 10, United States Code, it is directed that:

	The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to                             ,                                  , be, and hereby is, corrected to show that his AF Form 899, Request And Authorization For Permanent Change of Station – Military, Special Order Number AF-134609, dated 10 September 2012, be amended in block 19, “Authority and PCS Code” to reflect a PCS ID of “V” rather than “E.”
